Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 states. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary by carrier and destination.

International Shipping (Canada) We ship to Canada. Orders are shipped from the United States and may be subject to Canadian customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost at checkout.

Distinctive Customs is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. If a package is refused or unclaimed due to unpaid duties, return shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.
